A Collective, not a firm
Mindhive is a membership community of independent practitioners. You don't hire the Collective — you join it, or you engage one of its Certified members. That's a different relationship from buying a consulting engagement.
A shared framework
Collective Intelligence is a structured protocol for group decisions: anonymous input, weighted aggregation, live sense-making, and a documented decision trail. Every member is trained on the same framework, so the practice is consistent across the network.
Certification and standards
Members progress through the Mindhive Academy — free to learn, optional to certify. Certification is a credential you earn against a defined standard, and it signals to a room that you've been formally assessed.
Access, ongoing
Membership includes access to the Academy, the Collective community, and the Partner Hub — practical resources, peers, and continuing practice. The learning doesn't stop when a project does.

No. Mindhive is a Collective — a membership community with an Academy, a certification pathway, and a directory of independent Certified members. If you engage someone through Mindhive, you're engaging that member; the Collective is the standards body and the community they belong to.
