With a background spanning mining, government, healthcare and telecommunications, I bring executive-level leadership across: • Technology governance, risk & assurance • ITSM / ESM transformation and operational maturity • ServiceNow platform ownership and optimisation • SIAM and multi-vendor ecosystem leadership • Digital operations, resilience and service performance I have led large-scale transformations delivering measurable outcomes, including significant uplift in operational performance, cost reduction, and service reliability across complex environments.
