Nobody takes a cut of your practice. You keep your clients, your rates and your name. What you join is a shared standard, a shared room and a shared entity. Four things come with membership.
A standard you can point at
The Academy is free at every level and you move at your own pace. Certification is earned on work a person reads, not attendance. Practitioner and Architect mean something to a buyer, which is the only test that matters.
Somewhere to be found
Members get a public profile in the partner directory, indexed and searchable, where organisations looking for this kind of work actually look. You control what it says.
A room of people at your level
The hardest thing to build alone is somewhere to test a proposal on a Tuesday. The Collective runs open spaces, events and level rooms where that conversation happens.
A contracting posture you cannot hold alone

Start the Academy
Begin at Network Partner. Short lessons, mostly video, on running collective intelligence in real client work.
Certify when you are ready
Two capstones: one for Practitioner, one for Architect. A human reviews your work and your standing moves.
The certification ladder
Levels describe what you can do.
Each level unlocks capability, standing and access. Referral commission moves with it, which is a bonus on top rather than the reason people are here.

Network Partner and Partner are free and unassessed, so they are member marks rather than certifications. Practitioner is a A$49 founding partner rate (A$99 at general release) payment, and Architect adds a A$299 one-time review fee. That is the whole price list. How referrals and earnings work
Straight answers.
- Is this an affiliate scheme?
- No. Commission exists and the rates are printed above, but nobody is asked to spend their professional standing pushing links. The lead is membership, learning and being found. Earnings are the on-top bonus.
- What does it cost?
- Applying, your profile, the directory, the community and the Academy are free. You only pay if and when you choose to certify: A$49 founding partner rate (A$99 at general release) for Practitioner. No subscription, no card held.
- What happens after I apply?
- A person reviews your application within 48 hours. If you are in, your first step is a ten-minute profile, then the first Network Partner lesson. Nothing is published about you until you say so.
